Salon rules
Following the rules below helps ensure the safety, comfort and satisfaction of all dogs and staff.
1. Booking and punctuality
- Services are provided only on the basis of a prior reservation.
- The client is required to arrive at the agreed time. In the event of a late arrival, the service may not be carried out in full.
2. The animal’s health
- We accept only healthy dogs, with no signs of infectious diseases and free of external parasites.
- If parasites are found, a surcharge for disinfecting the work area will be charged.
3. The animal’s behaviour
- The client is required to inform us in advance of any possible aggression or other behavioural issues of the dog.
- The salon reserves the right to refuse service if the safety of the dog or staff would be at risk.
4. Preparing the dog for the visit
- The dog must be walked before the visit.
- Feeding the dog right before the appointment is not recommended.
5. Responsibility and information
- The client is required to provide all relevant information about the dog’s health.
- The salon is not liable for any health complications arising from the withholding of such information.
6. Cancellation policy
- A reservation must be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance.
- In the event of repeatedly missed reservations, the salon reserves the right to refuse further bookings. A fee may be charged – see the price list.
7. Payments
- Payment for the services provided is due immediately upon completion, in cash or as agreed.
- Prices follow the salon’s current price list.
